How to get an estimate
/The best place to start is with a visit to our showroom, bringing pictures and rough measurements, if possible. The more information you provide us with the more we can help. We can only give very rough, non-committal bids over the internet. If you email us, please provide as much information as possible about your project: the address of the home, a phone number (this information will not be used for any purpose other than estimating), the year your home was built, what the current state/materials are, what you want to change and what materials you would like to use, specifically. You really can’t tell us too much! We will always respond with a request for pictures, etc.
A preliminary visit to our showroom is also so important so you can see our products in person, customers often find that the tile they saw on line looks much different in person. Carpet even more so! Samples can be checked out so that you can make sure the materials will work in your space.
Because we do not have a staff of slick, high pressure salespeople, we do charge for bids, it is the company owner who does the estimating and scheduling. Home visits for a written quote start at $75, with $100 being credited to the job if we do the work. The more exact your request is (knowing which materials you want to use) the more specific your bid will be, so a visit to our showroom is still a good idea as we can show you samples and pinpoint your product selections. Detailed bids for kitchen and bath can be higher, but the bid fees will always be credited to the job. We can often give you a range based on photos, etc, to see if we are in your budget before we come out.
A design package is available: for $500 we will come out to your home to bid your kitchen or bath, have our designers work with you to create the space of your dreams, and provide you with computer generated drawings of the design so that you can see what the design will look like, as always, this fee will be credited to your invoice.
